A wonderful natural beauty.
This is a very unique scenario where you can see waterfalls, hilly rivers, deep forest and railway tracks in between deep forest. You can take a Jeep ride from Kulem to visit this waterfall. The water is very clear and the atmosphere is very peaceful and pleasant in nature. You can take a deep breath and chill in here. Fresh air and fresh water.

A decent place. It is near the main road only. You have to climb down 20 meters only. The waterfall is mainly active in monsoon though in December the waterfall speed is slow. The water is clean and crystal clear with fishes lining in it.

very very good place to visit and I say must visit place. What we heard is this place will be closed during rainy season (Jun - Sep). There is around 15 min walk from Jeep drop point to water fall. Once you done with your 15 min walk, sure you will enjoy the falls and nature.
I would recommend setting off early and being there within the first hours of opening or it will get too hot and crowded. The water is lovely and cool, staff and drivers are friendly. Beautiful views. It is a must see.

One must visit this waterfall if you are visiting Goa. The milky white water flows with gush which is a treat to eyes. it is wise to visit this waterfall in Goa, after the monsoon, between October to February.
